Marathon Training

I’m getting on the treadmill tonight to train for the half and full marathons later this year. My goal is to run a good pace for a whole hour. We’ll see how it goes.

Phew… man… am… I… tired.

I ran 6.755 miles in 60:30 that’s better than my 1/2 marathon pace. Okay so it was on a treadmill and not 13.1 miles but hey its training.

    I’ve been debating a marathon since last summer. I did a sprint triathlon and enjoyed how it pushed me and have been pondering other races. Good luck on the training.

      All I want to do is be a little bit faster than last year. A couple years ago if you would have told me I was going to run in a half marathon I would have laughed at you.
